RECIPES OF ENDIVES

ENDIVES SALAD WITH LENTILS

Ingredients:

– 100g of endives.

– 50g of lentils.

– 50g of onion.

– 75g of tomato.

– Oil.

– Vinegar.

Salt

Preparation:

– Wash and cut all the vegetables into cubes.

– Mix them well and season.

– You can add more ingredients if desired, such as walnuts or species.

– Dish and serve.

Use:

Used as an accompaniment or first course.
