This preparation is especially recommended for people with constipation. The fruit is rich in pectin type fiber, which helps the welfare and intestinal transit. Furthermore, guava is a fruit rich in vitamin C (three times more vitamin C than citrus). Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that helps the body in cases of cold, to maintain youthful skin and combat aging.
We recommend sprinkle with chia seeds to benefit from Omega 3 content of this precious seed. The Omega 3 is a type of essential fat hard to find in today’s diet, as it is found in fish or seafood. It is present in wild plants, legumes, nuts and flaxseed mainly food increasingly scarce nowadays.
