Seasoning with kombu seaweed

How to prepare a sweet kombu









  • Soak the kombu seaweed for 20-30 minutes to hydrate.
  • Cook 1-2 hours until soft.
  • Drain, dry well and toast over medium-low heat.
  • Once the kombu is crispy, crush it by grinding it finely.
  • Store in a glass jar as a condiment.
