How to prepare a sweet kombu
SWEET KOMBU RECIPE
- Dried kombu strips
- Soak the kombu seaweed for 20-30 minutes to hydrate.
- Cook 1-2 hours until soft.
- Drain, dry well and toast over medium-low heat.
- Once the kombu is crispy, crush it by grinding it finely.
- Store in a glass jar as a condiment.
