Artichokes breaded with egg yolk and flour

Breaded artichokes recipe

Ingredients for 4 people:

- 8 artichokes

- 2 eggs

- Flour

- Olive oil

- Salt.

Preparation:

- Clean the artichokes and remove the stems and tough leaves, leaving only the heart.

- Cut the artichokes into elongated pieces. Salt them at will.

- Open and beat the eggs in a bowl

- Wet the artichokes in the beaten eggs.

- Pass the wet artichokes into the flour.

- In a frying pan, pour the Olive oil.

- Fry the artichokes breaded with the egg yolk and flour into the oil.
