How to prepare a raw vegetable salad

RAW VEGETABLE SALAD RECIPE

Ingredients for four people:

- 4 tomatoes.

- 1 red pepper.

- Lettuce

- Grated beets in vinegar.

- 1 onion.

- Olive oil.

- Salt

Preparation

- Clean and chop the tomatoes.

- Wash and cut the lettuce.

- Clean and cut the peppers into long shape

- In a bowl, put the ingredients and season them with Olive oil and salt.

- Place the lettuce in the bottom of the pan.

- Place the tomato slices on the edge of the plate as a wheel.

- Cover the top of the lettuce with beets

- Decorate the lettuce by placing the peppers over it, between the beet and the tomatoes in a radial form.

How to serve it

Serve it at room temperature as a starter. Season with olive oil and salt if necessary, on the same plate.
