Fruit salad with chia seeds


(It is also delicious if we make it with prickly pears or nopalitos instead of mango or with lychees instead of strawberries)


  • Mix all ingredients, blend and pour into a bowl. Sprinkle chia seeds on top to decorate.
  • You can decorate with fresh fruit, mint leaves or cinnamon, for example.

This preparation is especially recommended for people with constipation. Chia is rich in mucilage, a soluble fiber that helps regulate intestinal transit. In addition, strawberries and mangoes contain vitamin C, carotene and fiber.
