Side effects of eggs
When should egg consumption be restricted?
Eggs are one of the foods rich in cholesterol. For people with high cholesterol levels, it should be analyzed in each case individually whether or not it is appropriate to eat eggs.

In general, if consumed in moderation, there should be no increases in blood cholesterol.
People who have circulatory problems, such as arteriosclerosis that causes thrombosis, angina, etc., should also control the ingestion of eggs.
All this does not mean that they should stop eating eggs. Eggs contain cholesterol in the yolk , but are rich in lecithin in the white, which partially compensates their cholesterol content. Eating a couple of eggs a week does not harm people with arteriosclerosis at all or facilitate their formation.
People with high uric acid levels or those prone to kidney stones or renal colic should also not abuse eggs. Animal meat, eggs, or fish precipitate calcium in the urine and promote the appearance of kidney stones. In addition, this type of foods is very rich in uric acid, whose sedimentation is the cause for other type of kidney stone.
When should you not eat eggs?
It is not recommended to eat eggs for people who have a diseased liver or those who are allergic to this food.
People with hives should find out if eggs are the cause of this problem.
