How to prepare courgette with carrots




  • Wash the zucchini and carrot.

  • Cut the carrot into thin round slices.

  • Cut the zucchini into slices thicker than the carrot.

  • On a griddle, fry the zucchini and carrot.

  • Add salt at will.

  • Mount small piles with the slices interspersed. First zucchini and then the carrot, and so on up to a height of about 4 or 5 cm. It can be held with a toothpick if desired.

  • Pour the cheese over the pieces, put them on an oven tray and grill them.

  • Sprinkle the pepper.

  • Place in plates and serve.

When to eat

It is used as a first course.
