How to prepare stuffed mushrooms with zuccini:

  • Wash all the ingredients.

  • Peel the onion and remove the trunk from the hood of the mushrooms.

  • Cut the mushrooms, tomato, zucchini and tender onion into small cubes.

  • Cook the hoods of mushrooms alone in the oven or in the microwave.

  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms logs, tomato, zucchini and tender onion, until golden brown.
