How to cook zucchini cream with cumin


Ingredients for 4 people:


  • Saute the onion with a pinch of salt and some cumin seeds over medium heat for 8 minutes.

  • Add the potatoes and cut the zucchini and saute over medium heat, stirring constantly.

  • Add water until it does not cover all the ingredients.

  • Cover and simmer for 3040 minutes.

  • Blend until creamy and check the salt.

Zucchini is rich in carotenoids, with emollient properties and detoxifying effect. They clean and lubricate our intestinal tract.

Onion provides diuretic and cleansing properties, plus natural sweetness to the cream.
