Ingredients for 4 people:
Saute the onion with a pinch of salt and some cumin seeds over medium heat for 8 minutes.
Add the potatoes and cut the zucchini and saute over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Add water until it does not cover all the ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 3040 minutes.
Blend until creamy and check the salt.
