PROPERTIES OF LICHEE GELATIN

With this recipe we get a delicious gelatin, rich in colors and flavors. And very easy to prepare!
HOW TO PREPARE LYCHEE GELATIN
Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 and ½ tablespoons of agaragar algae
- 1 cup of clean lychees, without skin or seed.
- 1 cup chopped kiwi
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of orange peel or lemon zest
- 2 and ½ cups of natural fruit juice
- Grated coconut (optional)
- Mint, melissa, cinnamon, stevia,… optional.
Preparation of lychee gelatin
- Macerate the fruit with salt for 40 minutes.
- Heat the water or juice until it boils, and add the other ingredients (fruits, condiments and agar). It should boil so that the agar solidifies.
- Cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Place in molds, sprinkling the coconut on the surface.
- Let cool until agar agar solidifies and unmold.
- Serve with lemon or orange zest, cinnamon stick, cut fruits or leaves of aromatic herbs for decoration, for example.
