Potato salad with watercress





  • Wash the potatoes and steam them, with skin.

  • Once cooked, let cool for 10 minutes at room temperature.

  • Peel the potatoes and cut to medium pieces.

  • Wash and cut the leaves of lettuce, arugula or watercress. (If you use watercress, read this warning)

  • Cut the nuts into small pieces.

  • Arrange the potatoes in a dish or serving dish.

  • Put the leaves of the salad and the nuts on top.

  • Sprinkle with pepper and a pinch of salt. Dress with olive oil.

  • Serve as a main dish or accompaniment.

  • Optional: accompany it with homemade aioli sauce.
