PRICKLY PEAR RECIPES
PRICKLY PEAR SHAKE
– 1 plain yogurt
– ½ cup of milk
– 2 teaspoons of chia seeds, rinsed and drained.
– Prickly pear
– Mix all ingredients, blend and pour into a bowl. Sprinkle chia seeds on top for garnish.
– You can decorate with fresh fruit, mint leaves or cinnamon, for example.
This reparation is especially recommended for people with constipation.
