Salad of tempeh cubes
TEMPEH CUBES SALAD
Ingredients
– 30g lettuce
– 50g of dried cherry tomatoes
– 60g of tempeh
– 10g Parmesan cheese
– Vinegar of Modena reduced
– Salt
Elaboration:
– Wash the lettuce and place it in a salad tray.
– Fry tempeh lightly in a skillet the baked diced and depositit over the salad.
– Add the dried tomatoes and grated Parmesan cheese.
– Season to taste and serve.

Serve as a first course
