Salad of tempeh cubes
TEMPEH CUBES SALAD
Ingredients
30g lettuce- 50g of dried cherry tomatoes
 - 60g of tempeh
 - 10g Parmesan cheese
 - Olive oil
 - Vinegar of Modena reduced
 - Salt
 
Elaboration:
- Wash the lettuce and place it in a salad tray.
 - Fry tempeh lightly in a skillet the baked diced and deposit it over the salad.
 - Add the dried tomatoes and grated Parmesan cheese.
 - Season to taste and serve.
 
Way to serve:
- Serve as a first course
