Ingredients for each kilo of preserved beans
-1 Kilo of beans.
- ½ liter of water.
- ½ teaspoon salt.
- ½ lemon juice.
- Cut the beans into small pieces.
- Clean them well.
- Put them in glass jars
- Mix the water with salt and lemon juice and stir until the salt has dissolved.
- Cap the jar well to keep out the air.
- Boil them au Bain Marie with the water completely covering the jars for ¾ of an hour.
How to prepare them
You can eat them:
- boiled with oil.
- with potatoes
