Liver: Chicken liver, beef, and turkey. Pates made from liver.
Vegetables; especially chick-peas, kidney beans or dry beans (any variety), lentils, beans, peas,soybean, etc.
Green vegetables: spinach, cabbages, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, chard, endives, lettuce,
Cereals: whole grain cereals and derivatives (oats, rice, maize, wheat germ, whole grain bread) Refined cereals and derivatives with folic acid addition.
Fruits: Melon, Avocado, orange, banana
