How to prepare a grapes salad with lemon


Ingredients for four people of a grapes salad

– 1000 g of table grapes.

– 100 g of walnuts.

– 2 apples.

– 200 g celery

– 1 lemon.


Olive oil.

Preparation of a grapes salad

– Wash the celery and boil it for 20 minutes. Let it cool.

– Chop the walnuts.

– Remove the skin from the grapes and remove the seeds.

– Squeeze the lemon.

– Place the lemon juice and two tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl.

– Grate the celery and add it to the bowl stirring all the ingredients well. Salt at will.

– Peel the apples and chop them. Add the apple chunks, walnuts, grapes and stir everything thoroughly.

How to serve a salad of grapes
