How to perform a lemon diet?

This diet can be carried out, if the person does not present a health problem that prevents it, for about 18 or 20 days, so it is appropriate that it is properly controlled by a doctor or specialist.

To make this cure, lemon juice is accompanied by other natural foods such as vegetables, yogurt or tofu, fruit juices, whole wheat bread, infusions with diuretic plants, wheat bran, wheat germ, etc.

How many lemons can we take?

The amount of lemon ingested should be progressively increased until, theoretically, the juice of 8 or 9 lemons is ingested. We should start the first day with the juice of a squeezed lemon and continue to increase the dose at the rate of one more lemon every day until reaching 8 or 9. Then decrease by reason of a daily lemon until it lasts 10 or 11 more days.

Lemon juice should always be diluted with lukewarm water and at a maximum rate of 50%. It will be taken primarily before breakfast or in the morning.
