Aconitum napellus L. – (Monkshood)

Perennial herb of the buttercup family -ranunculaceae- up to1’5 m. Erect stems, covered with a little white hairs. Leaves divided till half of the blade into subdivided segments. Blue flowers till 2 cm long, helmet-shaped. Corolla as wide as tall. In grasslands and woods in the mountains.
