Strawberry recipes


Ingredients for four people:

  • 374 kg of strawberries.
  • 220 g cottage cheese
  • 2 apples
  • 2 yogurts.
  • Currants.
  • Apple cider vinegar.
  • Whole sugar


  • Clean and wash the strawberries and remove the stalks and leaves. (Wash them before cutting the corners so as not to spoils vitamins and minerals)
  • Chop the strawberries
  • Add the whole sugar and a little cider vinegar. Let stand for half an hour to decrease the acidity
  • Mix the cottage cheese and yogurt. Add the sliced strawberries and a handful of currants. Mix everything very well.
  • Just before serving to avoid browning, peel the apples, grate them and cover the salad.
