Strawberry recipes

STRAWBERRY SALAD

Ingredients for four people:

– 374 kg of strawberries.

– 220 g cottage cheese

– 2 apples

– 2 yogurts.

– currants.

– Apple cider vinegar.

– Whole sugar

Preparation:

– Clean and wash the strawberries and remove the stalks and leaves. (Wash them before cutting the corners so as not to spoils vitamins and minerals)

– Chop the strawberries

– Add the whole sugar and a little cider vinegar. Let stand for half an hour to decrease the acidity

– Mix the cottage cheese and yogurt. Add the sliced strawberries and a handful of currants. Mix everything very well.

– Just before serving to avoid browning, peel the apples, grate them and cover the salad.

Ways to serve

Serve as a starter.
