Where is caffeine more abundant?

Caffeine is an alkaloid found for the first time in the coffee seeds. However, the seed with higher caffeine content is guarana. Caffeine is also found in yerba mate, tea and cocoa.

– It is estimated that over 80% of American adults take caffeinated food and beverages each day.

– Despite its known stimulatory effects, caffeine is a substance under constant review of its effects.

Experts recommend not to exceed 300mg of caffeine daily.
