HOW TO PREPARE A FRUIT SALAD WITH CARDAMOM
How to make a fruit salad with cardamom
Ingredients:
Sliced fresh strawberries
- Sliced mango
- 2 fruits (capsules) of cardamom
Preparation:
- Wash and peel the fruit
- Open the cardamom fruits and remove the seeds inside. Discard the fruit capsules. Grind the seeds with a coffee grinder
- Blend the fruit
- Sprinkle with cardamom
Properties:
A delicious fruit salad, excellent for discovering the aromatic and surprising flavor of cardamom.
