RECIPE OF LETTUCE AND TOMATO SALAD WITH AVOCADO

Elaboration

  • Clean the salad leaves and drain. Cut the larger leaves.
  • Arrange the leaves on a plate or bowl.
  • Cut an avocado in half and empty its contents. Cut into pieces and add to the salad.
  • Cut the radishes into quarters or slices and arrange them on the salad.
  • Add the olives, season with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  • Flavor with a very thin branch of fennel or other aromatic herb and spice.
  • Serve as a starter or accompaniment
