What consequences the use of green tea can have?
The high consumption of tea can stain your teeth, but in usual doses, it has antibiotic effect and protects the mouth of germs that cause tooth decay.

Effects of green tea during pregnancy and lactation
Green tea can cause abortions in pregnant women, especially during the first three months of pregnancy. From 3 months on, many experts say that a moderate use (less than 4-5 mg. Daily caffeine) do not pose a problem, provided that the pregnant woman does not smoke or drink alcohol.
Green tea can cause nerve problems in infants if ingested by the mother who breast-feeds.

Green tea can produce nervousness in children under 12 years.
