  • Place the pizza dough on the marble.
  • Spread the tomato sauce, abundantly, throughout the pizza.
  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Cut the mozzarella into slices about half a finger (1 cm.) thick and garnish it.
  • Wash and cut the mushrooms into slices and put on the pizza.
  • With the help of a spoon, add 3 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese.
  • Sprinkle with a spoonful of Parmesan on top and bake in the oven for 13 minutes at 180ºC.
  •  When removing the pizza, add fresh oregano leaves and a handful of arugula leaves.
