RICE WATER

Ingredients for a liter of rice water:

- 4 cups of water.

- Half a cup of rice.

- Salt

- Cinnamon (optional).

- Lemon peel (optional).

Preparation

- Put the kettle on.

- When boiling add the rice and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.

- Then, strain the rice and water is separated

- Optionally, you can add to water with a slice of lemon or a bit of cinnamon.

Properties and uses of rice water

It can be used to cut diarrhea, and to quench thirst and hydrate the body in the hottest days. Take two or three glasses per day.
