Birch (Betula alba L) Birch has febrifuge properties that can be used to reduce fever in respiratory diseases such as influenza, colds, and so on. (Decoction of a teaspoon of crumbled dried bark per cup of water. Take three cups per day)

Licorice (Glycyrhrriza glabra) It has got glycyrrizyn. The ability of this component to inhibit the growth of the virus has been used to combat a range of diseases of viral type. Common vervain/ Common verbena: (Verbena officinalis L) (Decoction for 25 minutes of 100 g. of dried leaves per liter of water. 2 cups a day.
