How to prepare a vinaigrette
VINAIGRETTE RECIPE
Ingredients:
– 5 tablespoons olive oil.
– 2 tablespoons vinegar.
– 1 tablespoon parsley
– 1 tablespoon thyme
– 1 tablespoon chopped mint.
Preparation:
– In a bowl, pour 5 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon parsley, 1 tablespoon thyme and 1 tablespoon chopped mint.
– Add a teaspoon of honey and a pinch of pepper.
– Mix all ingredients well with the help of a mixer.

It is used as a salad dressing, cold sauce or marinade
