Food from animal origin with lots of copper
- Viscera: Chicken liver, beef, pork, turkey, lamb, etc. Pates made from liver, kidneys, hearts, brains, sweetbreads.
- Red meat: lamb, duck, goose, pig
- Seafood: squid, mussels, clams, prawns, shrimps, prawns, lobsters, oysters, snails, etc.
