Preparation of vegetarian potato vegetable pie

– Wash the vegetables with salt and boil them for 2-3 minutes. Strain them and mix them with cheese, pepper and salt to taste.

– In a glass bowl, pour a drizzle of olive oil and cover it with a laminated potato base. Then, add the vegetables and finish with another layer of laminated potato. Season to taste.

– Sprinkle with cheese and cook it au gratin in the oven for 5 minutes.
