What stands out about the composition of eggs?
Eggs are an excellent food: nutritious, delicious, healthy, and economical, with very few contraindications. It is a food very rich in protein and is also one of the richest foods in choline. They provide many vitamins, including B vitamins and vitamins A, E, and D.
It’s worth mentioning that it’s a myth that people with high cholesterol cannot eat eggs. The truth is, multiple studies have already been done in which it has been shown that eating an egg a day does not negatively affect cholesterol, but quite the opposite.
