Animal foods that are high in tryptophan

Among the foods of animal origin with much tryptophan we must point out:

- Fish, especially oily fish such as sardines, mackerel, tuna.

- Meat

- Eggs

- milk and dairy products (yogurt, cheese, custard)

Plant foods that are high in tryptophan

Within each group, in order of highest to lowest amount, we have:
