MEDITERRANEAN PLAN DIET

Do you want to prepare your own Mediterranean diet?

You just have to follow this diet plan. You have 5 menus daily with all meals: breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack and dinner.

On the other hand, you can prepare your own Mediterranean recipes, since on each menu, you have the suitable links to each different dish. You can also check the properties of the food that you are going to eat.

If you want to continue for more days, you can rotate the eating plan or resort to the list of Mediterranean recipes for designing your own menus.
