MEDITERRANEAN PLAN DIET

Do you want to prepare your own Mediterranean diet?

You just have to follow this diet plan. You have 5 menus daily with all meals: breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack and dinner.

On the other hand, you can prepare your own Mediterranean recipes, since on each menu, you have the suitable links to each different dish. You can also check the properties of the food that you are going to eat.

If you want to continue for more days, you can rotate the eating plan or resort to the list of Mediterranean recipes for designing your own menus.

MEDITERRANEAN DIET MENUS

MONDAY

BREAKFAST

Glass of milk

Bread with olive oil and cheese slices

LUNCH

Spinach with potato

Baked mackerel

Optional: arugula salad

Fruit salad

MID-AFTERNOON SNACK

Bread with quince paste

DINNER

Turnip soup

Asparagus omelette

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST

Mint Infusion

Yogurt with strawberries and rolled oats (soaked overnight)

LUNCH

Chickpeas with spinach

Grilled Chicken

Optional: Tomato Salad

Persimmon jelly

MID-AFTERNOON SNACK

Pear

DINNER

Bread with tomato, with escalibada,

goat cheese and tuna

a serving of apricots (2 or 3)

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST

Glass of milk

Bread with tomato and cheese slices

LUNCH

Andalusian Gazpacho

Spanish Omelette

Fruit skewers

MID-AFTERNOON SNACK

Cottage cheese with walnuts and honey

DINNER

Zucchini Cream

Broccoli Omelette

Bunch of grapes

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST

Glass of milk or vegetable drink

100ml. fresh orange juice

LUNCH

Couscous

Grilled Sardines

Grilled mushrooms with garlic

Baked apple

MID-AFTERNOON SNACK

Horchata

DINNER

Hummus bi tahini

Monkfish with chopped almonds

a serving of plums (2 or 3)

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST

Carrot and apple juice

Milk pudding

LUNCH

Gnocchi au pesto

Grilled Dorada (Gilthead seabream)

Optional: Endive Salad

Musician dessert

MID-AFTERNOON SNACK

Cheese sandwich

Handful of cherries

DINNER

Garlic soup

Artichoke omelette

A peach
